GARDEN STUDIO

The clients had a small city lot. They wanted to create a studio apartment but the lot coverage allowance was already maxed out. The only option was to dig down underneath an existing deck and create a garden flat and a roof deck. It was perfect because it was south facing onto a beautiful backyard.
